Terms of Service

These terms describe how Génesis Painting & Cleaning quotes, schedules and performs painting and commercial cleaning work. Hiring Rosa for a job means agreeing to the basics below.

Quotes

A quote from Rosa is no-obligation and is not a contract until you and Rosa agree to move forward. If a job turns out bigger or different once she sees it in person, she tells you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.

Weather and scheduling

Exterior painting and deck staining happen outdoors, so rain and other weather can move a start date or push a job back a day or two. If a date needs to change, you hear it from Rosa first.

Commercial cleaning visits

Cleaning for an office or school is scheduled directly with you — the days, the times and the areas covered are worked out together before the first visit, and any change to that schedule is talked through the same way.

Payment

The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the scope changes and you and Rosa agree on the change together. Payment is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.
